Combined with a crew cost base 30–60% below the UK and Germany, a feature that costs €2M in Western Europe typically reaches the same on-screen value in Eastern Europe for under €1M net of rebate. Serbia & Montenegro is the only one of the three whose rebate also covers commercials.
